The service they have here is incredible, not only was Ms.Wun incredibly knowledgeable with her optometry knowledge but she also always fights for her patients, she wants her patients the best options while optimizing costs, I was originally on Ortho K but now on soft contact lenses, she has helped me transition into the lenses very professionally and helped me save lots of money otherwise I couldn’t save. She thinks for her patients like she is the patient. If you are looking for a optometry you must try this service.

The service is just horrible for repeat customer. We bought a orthoK package for my son which includes follow up check up. We showed up at our appointment time, and the doctor we have the appointment with is NOT there. We have to wait for 25 minutes to be seen by another doctor, who after a brief exam asked my son to put on his contact lenses. This doctor couldn't even have the courtesy to wait a few minutes, especially we waited 25 minutes just to see her. She decided that we are taking too long so she moved on the next pat... read more
