If on any reason you need your insurance be involved in your medications (most likely you will) be mindful of having the ‘Prior Authorization Request’ process reallyyyyy squared away and be on top of this before leaving the visit! It seems when the patient has been billed or left the building, everything else is a DYI process and you have to do all the work! Can’t give this service a better review!
She ruined my face! I went to see this young doctor for a simple check up. I had a very tiny spot like a very little dot in the middle of my forehead and another one on my nose's lower left side. She walked-in, I explained that was coming for a check up and mentioned those two spots. She goes "let's take care of it" I thought hmm great! Based on all positive reviews from Google, praising this doctor as one of the best dermatologists in the area my mom took a chance and went to visit Doctor Chen. This doctor left a big ugly scar on my mom's chin right after her Moh's surgery by placing a few ugly stitches. I won't place any pics here due to privacy concerns. As this was not bad enough, my mom's skin cancer came back in the same area this doctor previously performed Moh's skin surgery just a little over a year ago. Dr Chen is thorough, extremely competent and pleasant. She's correctly diagnosed and treated some very odd skin conditions I developed. I highly recommend her.
