I love this doctor and her staff. They really do a great job medically and in customer service. After a surgery they were nice enough to have me come in and they changed the bandage (even though I was supposed to do it at home). Amazed at how caring they are, calling to see how you are, etc. I wish I could give 10 stars.
Called to schedule an appointment and the lady at the front desk I presume was extremely rude. Like from the start she literally was more annoyed than anything that I even called. Was in desperate search of a dermatologist and would have loved to see Lucy. Unfortunately that lady ruined it and I will not be calling back or even attempting to reach out the this office again after that.
Horrible customer service. Not sure who it was that answered the phone but the lady who works the front desk is extremely rude and gave so much attitude when I just asked a simple question. Don’t know about the doctor because I will not be going somewhere where their employees are extremely rude .
