Called to schedule an appointment and the lady at the front desk I presume was extremely rude. Like from the start she literally was more annoyed than anything that I even called. Was in desperate search of a dermatologist and would have loved to see Lucy. Unfortunately that lady ruined it and I will not be calling back or even attempting to reach out the this office again after that.
Horrible customer service. Not sure who it was that answered the phone but the lady who works the front desk is extremely rude and gave so much attitude when I just asked a simple question. Don’t know about the doctor because I will not be going somewhere where their employees are extremely rude .

If on any reason you need your insurance be involved in your medications (most likely you will) be mindful of having the ‘Prior Authorization Request’ process reallyyyyy squared away and be on top of this before leaving the visit! It seems when the patient has been billed or left the building, everything else is a DYI process and you have to do all the work! Can’t give this service a better review!
She ruined my face! I went to see this young doctor for a simple check up. I had a very tiny spot like a very little dot in the middle of my forehead and another one on my nose's lower left side. She walked-in, I explained that was coming for a check up and mentioned those two spots. She goes "let's take care of it" I thought hmm great! Next, WITHOUT warning me or simply explaining that by doing an shave biopsy ( I learned this on the web afterwards) she would have to make a deep cut in the middle of my forehead and on the s... read more
