I moved to Washington DC five years ago and was so fortunate To have Lucy Chang as my primary care physician. She’s very thorough and takes so much time with her patience. She’s very present and wants to know about your whole life Physically and emotionally.
Dr, Chang listens attentively to her patients s clearly sees the whole person. She is patient, thorough, compassionate. She is up on the latest medical research yet does not push towards unnecessary or overly aggressive treatment. She is really pleasant and has common sense, She is the only reason my husband and I keep using CIGNA.
Dr. Lucy Chang is absolutely fantastic. Not rushed, so detailed, compassionate. Asked every question so she could have a clear picture. Prescribed all the tests, called promptly with the results, etc. The nurses and staff are so incredibly nice. I just moved to Washington DC and I hope Dr. Chang is my doctor for many years!
