About this business
We want to provide you with a more formal dining experience, but in a casual setting. We are a high energy "trattoria" establishment. The value is in the food and not the linens. We make everything from scratch. We don't own a deep fryer or a microwave. Our servers are trained to treat the restaurant as their own. We create craft cocktails and offer a sophisticated wine list. One of our specialties is the Braised Lamb Shank. It takes 25-30 minutes to prepare, but well worth the wait.

Always quality food and service!
Very disappointing - bland “pesto” that tasted almost from a jar, watery tomato sauce - not at all authentic. Not welcoming or catering to customers.
I’ve only had to go so far! Very impressed! Can not wait to dine in!
With a name like Lucrezia (Borgia)Cafe how could we not visit. One has to love the wicked Borgia. The outdoor patio was charming. The food was excellent & plentiful. Patrick our waiter was not very personable but provided good service. We did not get the name of the woman working with him but she was very nice & attentive to our needs. All-in-all a great dining experience.
We saw the billboard on the freeway and found it lived up to the “award winning” comments when we arrived. A quaint and lovely little house, wonderful patio and excellent Italian food we didn’t really expect for a restaurant in northern Indiana. Un piccolo pezzo d’Italia in Indiana nord.

Another wonderful meal, seated outside. So relaxing. We wait to eat here while driving back from Chicago. Always perfect and delicious
This restaurant provides a very intimate patio setting for romantic dinners. The cuisine was absolutely fantastic!
