RecommendedStopped in from out of town after the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome event and was glad we did. The place needs some curb appeal and it’s not a big place but they have seating. We ordered a small thin crust pepperoni and sausage pie ($17 including a bottled drink) and was it was done quickly. Needless to say it was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. Truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life! Every single ingredient is made fresh in house. So good!

Delicious fresh thin crust wood fired pizza. We love it here. Simple but yet so tasteful. The thin crust is amazing. Always cooked to perfection. A must try.
Ordered 2 pies, pizza was not what we ordered. Man was so annoyed he threw boxes in the back & we were told he didn’t have time to remake them! This was 5:30 on a Saturday! First and only visit!!!

Why didnt you say what exactly happened She ordered the 2 pizzas by phone for 5:30 and instructed the guy not to cut them but came much later for pick up in a very busy take out time of dinner And by mistake we cut them as we do with all pizzas and she refused them so i told her that cannot be remade at that time and we didn’t charge her for them so she left and i expected exactly this kind of review.
Our favorite pizza in the Rhinebeck-Red Hook area! Mozzerella made fresh - great sauces and a great selection of toppings!
Pizza here last night; so disappointing. Watched as a hard, pre-formed crust was covered with a very thin layer of sauce and even thinner layer of mozzarella. Four minutes later the pizza was out of the oven and " "done." The resulting pizza crust was rubbery and hard; virtually impossible to cut through. The sauce was not even warm; still cold. Perhaps it was an " off" night? Perhaps if the chef is not there pre-formed dough is used? Not sure, but definitely not what we expected after reading many favorable reviews.
