So my boyfriend describes Lucky's Bad Ass Chicken pizza as "life changing." It's his favorite pizza ever. We are from out of town and came to Lucky's today with full intent of chowing down on some pizza, all to find out that their pizza oven was broken. We were super bummed out- and the waitress said the kitchen would make a special exception and cook us a pizza on the grill. AND they didn't even charge us for it! How nice is that?!?! They are awesome. Highly recommended!!!
For a place this big and location you would think the service would be better. Saw lots of "staff" walking around but most weren't working. We sat on a long table for 40 minutes with used glasses, beer pitcher and trays of crawfish sitting there the entire time.
If I could give lower I would. Worst service I've ever had at any place. The food was below average and nothing to brag about... We had to wait over 30 minutes for our bill... I will never go back to this location....
I came in there today for lunch. It was my first experience with Lucky's. The guy behind the front bar gave me first class service. Although he was busy taking to go orders, running food, and other tasks. He almost always engaged me as he walked by. Excellent experience!!
Visiting from California & would DEFINITELY return! Loved the service!
