Housed in the location of the original Good Eats restaurant, Lucky's has made its mark in outstandingly good home cooking. The decor is simple, with red vinyl booths, movie memorabilia and functional tables and chairs. Three of the four walls are glass, so natural light is always abundant. Migas, biscuits and omelet breakfasts draw crowds, especially on weekends. Lunch and dinner entrees include everything from milkshakes to burgers, fish to vegetarian dishes, soups, salads and fruit and it's all wonderful.

Lucky's Cafe Lucky's is a fun place to go for a late breakfast or early lunch. The food is good and the atmosphere is nice. It is kind of noisy, so if your kids are a little exuberant, nobody is going to notice much. The only bad thing is that parking can be tricky.
Luckys Cafe I really like Luckys. Where else can you get a veggie burger with a side of oatmeal? You might get a strange look, but it's delivered to you with a smile on your waiting staff's face. The prices at Lucky's are reasonable. There are other locations in the DFW area. My favorite Lucky's location is a Frankford and the Tollway.
Lucky's Cafe This is one of my favorite places to eat homestyle foods! You can't go wrong with any of their breakfasts, but if you're in the mood for something fried, the chicken fried steak is delicious and sinful. It is often busy, but it is worth the wait!
Great food - made to order I love Luckys. They have been a make it to order place before restaurants felt compelled to meet the special requests of guests. They have a great Larry North plate that's not even on the menu. Extra healthy yet filling.
