We recently bought a fridge and honestly, the whole experience was amazing. The delivery was right on time and super smooth. The delivery guy was not only friendly and funny, but also really helpful and knowledgeable, they knew everything about the fridge and answered all our questions easily. The service overall was excellent, from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally but still felt relaxed and easy, which made a big difference. Definitely would recommendgreat product and even better service! And amazing... read more
We had pleasant experience with Lucky White Goods! The pricing was reasonable and the delivery service is also great, professional. The manager Kumar is kind and helped us to select HISENSE fridge according to our requirements. We are happy with the purchase and highly recommend the service if you're looking for quality products and friendly service.
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL - AVOID THIS BUSINESS; If you look at the other bad reviews... it seem's this little scamming trick they did to me is their standard practice... This was one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had. Before paying, I specifically confirmed both the exact black fridge and same-day delivery with their team. Buying a refurbished washing machine from here was one of the worst decisions we’ve made. I knew there was a risk with refurbished appliances, but I completely regret this purchase. The machine has already broken down 3 times in just 9 months.
I’ve been wanting an extra fridge and decided to visit Lucky White Goods in seven hills and all I can say is exceptional customer service. Kumar helped me choose the perfect fridge for my needs, was so lovely to deal With and made the whole process easy, and even organised same-day delivery. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality appliances and genuinely helpful service
