DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Terrible service, very rude woman on phone. Had rugs installed in 3 rooms, all 3 are wrinkled. Ice princess that i spoke to tried to tell me they were installed properly and they were gonna charge to re stretch them, then hung up on me. Ive ben doing business with them for years, this new owner is awfull. I have carpets that the previous owner installed and they are fine. Stat away from these hacks!
