The service was as great as the food. Best ICE CREAM ever!!
This is my third time dining here and enjoyed it again. The menu is great and has had different options each visit as it changes often with the availability of the local fare. I enjoyed a few small plates. Tomato and mozzarella that was amazing with a nice twist, a very well dish of okra, peppers and tomatoes and lightly fried oysters with Mexican sweet corn and more local okra. Can't say enough about the creativity of the food. The wine list is equally as impressive and the staff is very friendly.
I didnt like the red roux it was a little strong tasting. Not good with the seared catfish, fried oysters or grilled shrimp which were good.
Amazing dinner last night, awesome service, excellent flavors, textures, everything.
Sooo good! Great Tinis! Roasted Bone Marrow starter, Deviled Eggs with Horseradish/Bacon kicker, Grassroot Pork Belly badass, Grouper with Hominy Vegetable rager, Shrimp with Southern Grits and Red, White and Green Pea get down. Finished with Banana Pudding slammer. Again, Wow! And loved Jennifer's hug!
Deviled eggs were the bomb, liked the bread cheese, chix skins were not my cup of tea.
Tried it last week when we were on vacation. It was delicious.
Best fried chicken I have EVER put in my mouth! And the sauce that was paired with it was amazing!!! A must while in Hilton Head.
