Lucky Penny Cycles went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel like a part of the family. From day one Gabriel was patient, but not pushy. Every other dealer in DFW tried to sell me bigger, heavier, and more expensive despite my beginner status. Gabriel never balked at my dumb questions or ever seemed “just ready to make a sale”. Love this place and love the staff! Our salesman, Gabe Richardson, has been fantastic for both mine and my husband’s motorcycle sales. We are loyal customers for life!
lucky penny sold my husband a bike that has been in and out of the shop since he bought it. the warranty they sold him covered absolutely NOTHING on his bike. The salesperson Matt Quick has also publicly written and joked about on social media about the warranty they sold him. I would never deal with these people again. The new manager now says it's not his issue since he didn't work there at the time of sale.
Lucky Penny Cycles sold my son-in-law a bike that was a Lemon. They also sold a Warranty not worth the paper it was written on and then when the bike finally had a major breakdown, they disappeared and would not stand by tbe bike or warranty that they sold.
Great staff! nice, honest, straight forward! definitely will be back!
Go in and ask for Steve Dreyer! Guy knows is stuff and will get you what you need.
