I was a walk-in service and was able to be seen quickly. They were not very busy but it was inviting upon entry. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Was offered a complimentary drink while getting service. The chairs are nice and relaxing, enough so to almost go to sleep. Wife and I were both happy with coming here and will definitely return again.
This is my most favorite nail salon! I usually give them creative freedom with a theme/color I have in mind. This is what the tech did for my Christmas nails. This is on my natural nails, with gel polish. I get so many compliments on my nails! They do amazing pedicures and manicures as well, and always accommodate me as a walk in. Went in on Sunday to get a color change, they where pretty busy but still made time for me. My tech informed me that the fill i got was bad but I didn't have time for a fill. So we just did the color change well fast forward to Tuesday and I broke a nail at work. Went to go see the fine folks at lucky nails and they fixed the nail free of charge even though it wasn't their fill or their nail. I think it's safe to safe i have found my salon and you should try them out too.
10 days, gel nails already lifting, very unfriendly experience. Not good.
