came for a soak off. proceeded to sit me down after 20 minutes and instead of a soak off, began taking them off with a nail tip which damaged my nail beds. but anyways, took off the nails off one hand, then moved to start working on someone else so i sat there and waited for something that could’ve been done for 15 more minutes. did i mention im not getting the serviced i asked for which is a soak off?
Great place for pedicure. Service was Outstanding.

FIRST TIME and LAST TIME……It was the day after Christmas and the nail shops wasn’t open and this one was ….This place is horrible.. overpriced and the customer service is trash …$20 for gel polishing my hands and what I thought was on my toes come to find out she put regular polish on my toes and charged me for gel . Sam did my pedicure and told me to wait for another technician(red shirt) which I did for over 30 min and when she got to me she had a very nasty attitude I needed my nails done for an occasion so I stayed . if ... read more
This shop used to be decent but I think these photos speak for themselves. This is my real nails with $43 dip. No cuticle trim, dip all over my fingers, the THICKNESS....never again Not to mention both the techs I had cut me & said nothing. Then their prices are higher than everywhere else!
