The service was decent. The reason for me giving two stars is that they have poor sanitary practices. I watched the technician use the same hand towel that he used for my hand to not only wipe down a table, but wipe the tools that he used on me when I asked him whether or not the store sterilizes there tools before use he just stared at me and proceeded to continue I paid and gave a tip, but would not recommend that location solely for hygiene issues
Do not go here if you want a quality pedicure and service! They do not act like professionals and will talk about you in front of you in their language! This is literally the worst experience I have had at a nail salon 0/10!!
I have been going here for 3 years now, consistently and despite the terrible wait times and new price increases/new surcharges. I got my nails done 9 days ago and my pinkie nail split in half horizontally (real nail, painful!!). So I went to get it fixed. After being there for over an hour, they fixed it! For background, I get powder because I’m allergic to gel. So I am thinking it’s typical to fix a nail within 2 weeks of getting them done. Walk in and seated quickly for a pedicure and given a menu to select from. I chose $58 Lavender pedi. Very relaxing and soothing - perfect paint job! Then moved to a natural manicure with paint and again great treatment. Very pleased for $75
