The girl working in the morning was very polite and super helpful. Will be coming back!
Terrible experince with my return. I opted to return at this store as it was closer to my house than Auspost. The first day i went, the lady said that they do not print out the labels and i have to seal and self pack the parcel. My friends told me that, they print it out and seal the package for you as they hsd done it before. Then, I went again with a sealed parcel and then they say that their printer is not working. Totally unacceptable.
Quick and easy, honestly don't know what the fuss was about Staff were polite and efficient. Would go again
Do not use Click and Collect at this store! I purchased some items off of Ebay in which the delivery information had said that they had been delivered to this store for Click and Collect. I went there on several occasions to collect my parcel ( as it said it had been delivered) and no one knew where my parcel was! They obviously do not have an understanding of how click and collect works and some of the employees barely understood what I was talking about.
