Bought a plant last month and I’ve taken a very good care of it until recently I noticed that it might’ve got some disease and died, I asked the owner about it and they’ve confirmed it’s a disease, and as soon as I asked them if there’s any warranty with the plant, they straight up stopped replying to all of my messages, what can I do LOL 🤦

The service quality of this flower shop is very poor. I bought a peony here in June and took good care of it, but by August it still didn’t grow any leaves. When I asked in the customer group, I found out that many people had the same issue with their peonies. Unfortunately, the owner never replies—no explanation, no solution, just making it seem like it’s the customers’ fault. Very disappointing experience.
