The service quality of this flower shop is very poor. I bought a peony here in June and took good care of it, but by August it still didn’t grow any leaves. When I asked in the customer group, I found out that many people had the same issue with their peonies. Unfortunately, the owner never replies—no explanation, no solution, just making it seem like it’s the customers’ fault. Very disappointing experience.
