I had a great experience with Lucky Dog when the quarter glass in my car was broken. Janice, the receptionist, was very prompt, polite, and professional in giving me a quote and scheduling an appointment as soon as possible. I called a few different shops to get price quotes, and Lucky Dog came in just under some of their competitors. Joe, the owner, was very friendly to talk to, as was his staff. Lucky dog took care of my windshield and their staff was extremely friendly. Definitely using them for all of my windshield repair and replacements.
First they got the wrong window. Then after waiting an hour told me they didn't know how to replace a window on a Kia Rio. Completely inept company.

I understand that there was a miscommunication with which part needed to be replaced and we immediately got the correct part for you. In talking with with my technician there was a problem removing the window handle, it appeared to be glued on and he spent about 30 minutes trying to get it removed to replace the window for you.
