I travel a lot so this is my 3rd time having my windshield replaced on the same vehicle. The first time, I went to Speedy Glass, they were a bit pricy, over $700 excluding tax for the windshield replacement without recalibration. But I was in and out in about 2 hours. The second time I had a mobile windshield repair came to my house and replaced my windshield in under an hour for a little over $200. But I was not very happy with the job. Tony, Thank you for the feedback. We do our best to get jobs turned around in a timely manner. Since your vehicle required a calibration we explained to you when you scheduled the appointment that we need the vehicle dropped off for the entire day since there are two separate jobs that needed to be performed. First the windshield needs to be replaced and then it needs to go into calibration. Both of these processes can be time consuming and is the reason we set up the time expectation up front for us to have it for the day. ... read more

Great experience here! I got my windshield replace and it looks awesome! I left the car over night and picked it up the next morning. Front desk was polite and answered all questions to her ability. If she did not know the answer she made sure to go talk to the technicians and came back with an answer. I would highly recommend Lucky Dog Auto Glass ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
They gave us a very clear timeline, and stuck to it exactly to minimize the impact on our day. When we asked for the additional service of checking one of our windows for a leak, they not only did what we asked, but established exactly where the leak was....even though it wasnt a window at all. Polite, professional, timely, and helpful. I will only go to Lucky Dog for glass work from this point on.
Lucky Dog replaced my Mazda 3 windshield, and my husband's Chevy Sonic windshield, on the same day, in the same three-hour window (they quoted us four hours, but got done early). We went and caught a movie while we waited. Cheerful, professional staff, and the new windshields are holding up fabulously around six months later. Recommended!
