Ooof, this cringe place. The owner yelled at me as I paid my bill. Backstory: They did not do what I asked for on my nails. Not at all. When I tried to explain this, the woman who did it and the man at the desk argued with me about it. I argued back. Fine. Arguments happen. Who is right or wrong? Doesn't matter. If there was a negative star I would’ve given this place that. Multiple red flags. 1st) the merchant said she had to charge me an extra $20 to wax the bikini area even though I had paid for the service of a Brazilian wax, which is supposed to be included of the service. 2nd) merchant says they can’t honor my Groupon due to her regular price is $99 but I got it for $15.99 (78% discount). Purchases Groupon eyelash extension. Took her literally 10 min to apply. I was baffled and confused. That night the glue was so hard and thick and clumpy it was scratching my cornea.
