If there was a negative star I would’ve given this place that. Multiple red flags. 1st) the merchant said she had to charge me an extra $20 to wax the bikini area even though I had paid for the service of a Brazilian wax, which is supposed to be included of the service. 2nd) merchant says they can’t honor my Groupon due to her regular price is $99 but I got it for $15.99 (78% discount). Purchases Groupon eyelash extension. Took her literally 10 min to apply. I was baffled and confused. That night the glue was so hard and thick and clumpy it was scratching my cornea. Very uncomfortable. By morning eye was swollen. I removed what was left of lashes and contacted Lily.
