I used Lucky charm, as they were recommended by a friend that had used them. I had a large holiday party coming up and I was able to get a person last minute. They were on time and were able to get done what we needed. I decided to continue to use them regularly. I found out once they got to learn my house and what was important to me they were able to deep clean some areas and then spend less time in others. I have used the service for the past 25 years on multiple properties and can only saythat they are an extremely professional company. An amazing value and expert customer service. Owner Terry Bardossa has accommodated every request (even last minute) that I have put forth. I can not say enough good things about him and his company. I highly recommend them.
Do not use this company and save yourself time and money. I had to clean the mess, after the maid left. She had no idea what cleaning means. and got upset when I started re-cleaning after her. left garbage everywhere without picking up after herself. The owner was rude and didn't care about my complains. A nightmare!
Terrible terrible" the first time i called they sent a professional but the 2nd time i ad to clean up after her. I complained to the manager and instead of correcting the situation he was screaming in my ears and bragging about how many rich clients he has. He is arrogant and unprofessional . Will never call them again
I was happy with them the first time & 2 nd time thy sent someone who dosnt know what it means by cleaning . My house is a mess after cleaning was done. I paid so much & had to clean everything again myself.
