Service was completed in somewhat timely manner - just over 3 weeks - but my goodness, the communication was frustrating. I called before going out of town to let them know during the repair and I was incorrectly informed that it would be ready for pickup prior to my departure. And then when I call back on that day to arrange pickup, I was met with rudeness and then being put on hold for extended time on the phone. I left a message. Was my call returned?
