Honest and reliable . Fixed my old A/C unit and was less expensive then the other 2 companies is we had out.
STAY AWAY!!! This is a shady sales company not an HVAC company. I requested a technician come out because our condensation line was leaking. The technician initally implied the $199 service plan was included in the total cost of fixing the leak. I did not realize until I saw the two separate charges that the service plan was a separate optional add on. Even though I felt purposely deceived, I did not complain. We had a warranty repair to replace the coil on our less than three years old Lennox ac. Liz told us that their hourly rate was $225 but the actual charge was $447. They had submitted an estimate of $1789 that we thought was a not to exceed but they charged the full amount. That was after charging $742 to find the leak which took the technician 3 hours. We would not recommend them to anyone.
I really appreciated Lucky Air's president Michael B**** coming to my home to give me a quote for a new AC and furnace. He took time to walk me through multiple options catered to my needs, paid extra attention to carefully map out the ductwork requirements, and followed up to make sure that he did everything he could to earn my business.
We had an old heating unit that was working but I had to crawl under the house every year to light. Lucky Air said they had a floor unit which was bigger in btu's and would heat our whole downstairs. Once the work was done the unit kept shutting off and there is no heat if you are five feet from unit. They came out multiple times to find out what the problem was, because they did not know anything about the unit themselves. They finally said there was nothing they could do.
