The server brought my wife her entree, but forgot to bring mine. Forty-five minutes later, with no visits to our table in that span, he dropped off the bill. Because of our "inconvenience" at not delivering my food, he knocked 50% off our appetizer -- and we ended up swinging by Subway on the way home. It's the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant in Roanoke.
Food is excellent! Never had a bad meal! Maybe the best dining experience in Roanoke!!
Unbelievable food and service...worth every penny.
Everything from the ambience to the food and staff came together to make our 5th anniversary a more than pleasurable experience. JR was knowledgeable and friendly with regard to the menu as was Kent with the craft cocktails. The owner was able to break free and visit our table for a moment as well to give thanks for our business. Trust me when I say that experiencing Lucky is well worth the visit.

In the area for a wedding and met family we don’t see often at Lucky after a little research. It was outstanding. Vibe, service, cocktails, food and service again. From the first call to get a reservation to the final thank you “bro-hug” I gave our waiter Jeremiah for some reason. He should be in the service industry hall of fame. It was that good.
My first visit and the service and meal was excellent. the soft shell crab appetizer and the scallops were prepared and presented to perfection and a tasy chocolate dessert. Thanks Chef and staff for an enjoyable evening
Food was very good, callled and made a reservation, the staff was very nice and very accommodating especially since we had two small dogs with us, great experience
