The store is well lit and displays are neat and organized, however, the staff is hit and miss. A cashier insisted I pay full price to keep the line moving since he was unable to work the correctly to reflect a digital coupon. I told him that was not the proper way to work with customers and I also said he should void the ticket and work with the next person in line. He said he could not do that either.
No two Lucky's are the same, which is kind of strange because they're all part of the same parent company - SaveMart. Yet, trying to return products from one Lucky's to another can be problematic, unfortunately. A customer would think that they could just walk into any Lucky location and return an item from another Lucky location and received a refund or store credit, but. not in this situation.
