Rude staff and bait n switch pricing.
I was at the the Sloat Blvd store this morning. I didn't know my wallet dropped out from my backpack. Apparently one of the staff picked that up & stored that for me. I didn't realize my wallet was missing until late afternoon. I was frantic but I called them. Keith answered, verified my identify & the lost wallet make/model. They are so professional & I am just grateful I didn't need to go thru the usual hassle of dealing with lost wallet. Thank you so much.
people use self check out because in a hurry . 2 out of 4 stands closed . 10 minute wait to get a stand . Then 15 minutes to get someone to approve my own bags . No wonder on body in store . Every one is waiting in line .
