Well everyone seems to be getting better cuts than Me – I got a "air cut" not a hair cut, most of the cut were snippers clipping the air between my hair and her comb. Everyone DOES walk out with the same cut here, and the same color treatments, at least the day I was there they did. My hair went brassy literally the next day after coloring and the cut. Great place to get a custom cut – I've been going to Lucky 13 for a couple years now, and have pointed many people their way. I tried several of the high end salons and was spending $50, $70, $85 for a cut and it was ridiculous. Good grief - it's hair! Great haircut, great people, great deal! – I was in Columbus on business and stopped in on my way out of town. I stopped in, put my name on the list and read a few magazines while I waited. The receptionist was very nice and I jus thung out nad watched what was going on. I was in my boring business clothes and did NOT feel out of place (like the person below indicated). Time wasted – They must not be concerned with building new clientele. I drove down to this salon based on the rave reviews it received. I signed in with a handful of people in front of me, so I knew I had to wait. Read through 3 magazines, when I realized I was waiting for over an hour! When I started paying attention and 3 people were taken before me, which had signed in after me, I walked out. That place made me feel like I didn't matter. I didn't see any fabulous cuts walking out of that place. Don't waste your time.
Hairs the deal.... – I was in Columbus for a few days & was in need of a hair cut before I left home. I deliberately held off so I could try this place after reading the reviews. Amazing place. Phenomenal haircut. – I was a little nervous to change my usual hairstylist. shay did my hair and was the awesome and sweet. she is VERY talented I highly recommend her and the salon. You can not beat the prices or the atmosphere. The salon the very welcoming. I could not be more satisfied.
Not quite what I expected... – I was really excited to go to the salon after reading reviews online. However, once I got there, I was treated somewhat rudely as if I didn't belong (I was dressed up in office clothes). After I spoke with the stylist, I became a little nervous because my hair is very curly and can't be cut like most other hair. Best Stylists in COLUMBUS! – About 3 haircuts a year for the past 24 years means that I've had about 72 haircuts in my lifetime, which I think makes me an expert. This was by FAR the best!! I'd gone to Kenneth's before (read my review), where they treated me poorly and gave me a cut totally unsuitable for my thick, curly hair. Excellent salon – I LOVE Lucky 13!!! Dawn gave me an awesome cut and highlight! I had been searching for a new stylist as my former stylist moved out of state. It had been 4 months since I had a cut and color and every day was becoming a bad hair day and worse and I was desperate to get something done immediately!
