Grossly unprofessional. Dr. Lucks is clearly experiencing burnout and needs some time off. I originally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lucks for 10/18 because I had the day off from work. She canceled on me due to a family emergency and I was told the appt was rescheduled for 10/25. I agreed, but when the day came I could not get away from work and I missed the appointment. Lina was very Helpful. She even answered my text message when I need. She was cool and professional, made me feel I was talking to someone who I could trust. It was a relief to go there for therapy. I can’t talk anything wrong about this place. The atmosphere is great, the professionalism is great. I fully recommend it.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Kogan. When I had issues with traveling to their office (I live a couple hours away) they worked with me to do Facetime sessions- even before Covid-19! It was a godsend to continue my therapy. I definitely recommend working with them- very professional and caring and always available. I had none of the financial issues mentioned by other patients.
