Absolutely incredible.
Only giving 1 star because it was required to leave a review. Frank and company were absolutely horrible to work with and for. He mismanaged the entire project and missed several deadlines. He didn't pay contractors nor did he complete the project. We all lost in the end, except Luciano Building. He insulted me and my team on severaloccasions. Save yourself the trouble, don't hire him nor work with him.
The project Lucisano Building & Remodeling worked on was extremely successful and our personnel could not have been more pleased with their new work environment.
