Amazing! And so kind🤍 did my fifth cycle and maybe working on another with Lucina. The whole staff is so nice and caring. They always call/msg ASAP and they almost always will work any problems at all. The experience is so easy, smooth, and everything is explained. I recently donated my eggs to Lucina Egg Bank and the staff has been extremely supportive throughout the process. Whenever I had questions, they responded promptly, and the egg retrieval went quickly. Following the retrieval, they reached out to check that everything was fine. Martin has one goal, and it’s not what’s best for you. It’s his sales goal. I informed him that I moved forward with another donor at another agency. I did that so he’d stop sending me emails for setting up an appointment. Instead of congratulating me and wishing me well on this HUGE and life changing decision… he asked me the reason I chose the other donor at other agency.. already annoyed, I responded and said “I liked her”.
