Amazing! And so kind🤍 did my fifth cycle and maybe working on another with Lucina. The whole staff is so nice and caring. They always call/msg ASAP and they almost always will work any problems at all. The experience is so easy, smooth, and everything is explained. The care team is AWESOME! 10/10 would recommend Lucina to anyone who would like to try donating for the first time, they are the best. ☺️🤍
