While I realize that good BBQ takes time and effort, the long wait did not justify the results of my meal. After over an hour wait, my meat was tough and father's food was cold. We were approached that certain side dishes were out, yet saw them being delivered to others after we were asked to choose a new dish. Fortunately, Fort Wayne is filled with my amazing options for BBQ that I will frequent.
The Texas Brisket nachos are enormous and out of this world! I highly recommend Lucille's!
not even worth a rating. never got a chance to eat there. go there for lunch and out of the items I wanted. not just once has this happened. but 3 times..
The food and staff were amazing. I am telling everyone I know to check it out.
Food is very good when they have it. This last visit they were out of almost everything. I watched 15 - 20 customers walk in and walk right back out. Their service is not good at all. They don't seem to have very good systems in place. I ordered takeout from a young woman. I was sitting waiting over 40 minutes for my takeout when the same woman that took order looks at me and asks me if I am waiting for takeout. Yes, the same woman! The food was great! However, they need to seriously invest in providing fountain drinks. The bottled pop or water options does not make it feel like a restaurant at all, and forget wanting refills because you are paying for another bottled drink. Seems odd with a restaurant that serves great BBQ.
