Just us girls! Makes a BIG difference! Classes are great ( & modified for the newbie!) always get a " Hi"&"Bye" from a nice friendly staff & always see someone cleaning !! I started out w 2 days & up to 5 now a week !! Lost 12 lbs ! I alternate every other day w classes or w all , new updated toning, strength equipment ! Just a nice, unique, comfortable experience !
