The LR in RVC has two of the best instructors I have ever had the privilege to exercise with. The classes Theresa runs on Sunday and Monday mornings is always well attended because we all know how incredibly gifted she is as a teacher. On Wednesday mornings I so look forward to Melanie’s barre class. She too is as competent, capable and knowledgeable of her craft as they come. Kudos to LR for having such invaluable instructors!

So happy to be part of this gym and work with them as a Zumba instructor every Friday morning 9:30am
Love going here I always have a great work out . Trying to get back into shape after having my baby . Is near my home so is great to come here .
