I am deeply disappointed with Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. The customer service operators were extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. On top of that, my child's medication refill deadline was missed, creating unnecessary stress and putting their health at risk. A world known top notch hospital should prioritize compassion, communication, and timeliness. This experience showed none of those values.
