It Is Bad service ,
The nurses and doctors here at the Stanford Emergency Department and Lucile Packard saved my son’s life. After multiple days of being sick, several doctor visits, and no answers, we decided to bring him to Stanford for further evaluation. He was diagnosed with a very severe form of Kawasaki Shock. His blood pressure and oxygen levels were dangerously low. He was quickly seen, admitted, and intubated in the PICU. 1. The "chat" function on the account website is a joke. It only replies "sorry, can you type again". Do they actually care? 2. The billing department sent me statements that varied from time to time. I udnerstand there was a disconnection between this hospital and my insurance for a period of time. But my visit was not in that window. And after a year, it was supposed to be final. 3. My doctors are great, and this pulls up the star rating score.
