Dr. Jacobs is extremely kind, patient and thorough. He spends a great deal of time listening and discussing my issues. He is always interested in the research I have done on my issue and is willing to integrate my suggestions into the diagnostic and treatment plan. I would highly recommend him.

I have been using Dr Jacobs for about 20 years. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. I come from a medical family and I know a good doctor when I find one. He's not just good, he's very good. He is easy to talk to; he listens and he explains. Most of all, he is concerned!

There is nothing about Dr. Jacobs' office that is not outstanding. Dr. Jacobs is supported with a friendly, caring and expert staff. It is well worth the drive from Rancho Mirage to receive the kind of care that his office affords.

Dr. Jacobs made the office visit easy, put me at ease, explained many things to me, his staff is just as nice. The surgery center was so easy to use. Everyone was great.

I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs and his office staff. He has a great bedside manner. He has a very relaxing manner about him. He takes his time with you and answers all of your questions. I felt very comfortable in his presence and confident in his abilities. He gave me a couple of options for my procedure and thoroughly explained each one and the advantages and disadvantages.

Dr. Jacobs is a wonderful specialist. His staff is accessible & helpful. He takes his time with new patients to fully address/consider all concerns and options. He's a natural when it comes to "bedside manner." Had both a colonoscopy & endoscopy and it couldn't have been an easier experience. You'll know your in 'good hands' when under the care of Dr. Jacobs.
Dr. Jacobs has a great bedside manner. He answered all my questions at our initial office visit. I felt very comfortable during my colonoscopy. Dr. Jacobs visited me in recovery to assure my husband and I that all went very well. He told us that we would get a call from his office the following week to review the findings of the procedure. My husband and I are very happy with the care Dr.Jacobs provided.
