Location is fine. Room is fine. If I knew the Internet would fail two months after moving in I would have advised my father to not move in here. Been four months and not fixed, can't load emails, can't download attachments. Can't load websites unless refreshing. Speed test goes up then drops to less than a bit of speed. Speed is supposed to be around 90 bits. Had absolutely no issues our first two months. I had faster Internet over WiFi in the garage 20 years ago. - IT going to come out again, will update if fixed.
Any concerns we have ever had have been addressed by management in a timely and professional manner. This is a great place to rent a small office space for a great price.
