Editing my review to respond to Tam Le. I have a rambunctious 5 year old and they let him climb all over the Gravity. Frunk, all seats, trunk, push buttons, etc. No issues. Andrew was very chill about it and also gave my son crayons at the end. Overall, the entire staff was very friendly to him. I think this person had a not so great salesperson that needs retraining. Andrew was the reason we got an Air and next we will get the Gravity
My wife and I were extremely pleased with our experience at the Corte Madera studio. Ryan answered every single arcane question I had, and when he didn’t know the answer, he immediately went and found it. We decided to purchase and the entire process, including the delivery in Millbrae, was smooth as silk. We’ve had the car now for two weeks and it’s fantastic.
Came in ready to walk out with a Gravity Grand Touring, left annoyed and thoroughly disappointed. If you enjoy being scolded because your 4-year-old climbed into a demo car, then this is the place for you. This is my top contender for daily driver/kid car — and yes, I told my child to get in, because how else are you supposed to test it?
