From my first call to inquire about my Lucid to the delivery of my vehicle, Lupe’s customer service was outstanding. He answered all my questions and concerns during the buying process. Lupe Mejia was the Lucid salesperson who helped me. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the car, taking the time to educate me as to the various models and pricing options. After my first test drive with him, he arranged for me to take the car out alone for an hour of unrestricted driving.
