Just picked up a new Lucid Air. Had a great experience working with Andrew Burdick, Chase, and the rest of the team.
Came for a scheduled test drive, and waited 30 minutes before anyone greeted us or checked us in. We're not expecting you guys to ditch your customers you're helping, but a simple greeting or "we'll be with you in a minute" goes a long way. We left without test driving. Just comparing our experience with other showroom visits (Tesla, Rivian, BMW, etc.). It's how you lose customers, happy to take our business elsewhere.
My husband and I had a great experience during a demo drive at Lucid Motors with Ryan. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoughtfully.
