The Service Center is terrible. I made a reservation for Service on the car because the entertainment center is not working on the car. The Bluetooth is not working on the car. I waited two months for the appointment only to show up and be told that they could not get to my car for a week And did not have a loaner car for me. . They explained that they’re the only Service Center for Orange County, San Diego and LA and they are very very very busy. I visited the showroom and scheduled a test drive (Lucid Air Touring). Certainly a great EV and a strong contender for my next EV purchase! Emma at the Studio was great to work with as well. Friendly and knowledgeable!
I have had my Lucid for almost a year now. Car is very reliable overall. I did have an issue which I reached out to Lucid Service and I was fortunate enough to have Yosmar my service advisor. He was very communicative, helpful, and a very seamless process. I left very satisfied with the process and I can only thank Yosmar for all his help and efforts.
