I'm super disappointed about Lucid and their qualification as a car seller. Their customer service is so poor that I'm now considering legal action. Bought a Lucid gravity in Dec 2026, originially trying to do financing but didn't work out so paid in full. But Lucid issued a title with the lien holder as the bank, whom I didn't at all borrow from. I had a great experience working with Emma at the showroom. During our visit, we test drove both the Air Pure and Air Touring, and also had the chance to check out the Gravity. If you’re even casually considering these vehicles, they are incredibly fun to drive. Very friendly and got the job done quickly.
I took my brand new Lucid gravity here for service and was helped out by Brad. Being a new first generation car, there were little things that had to be serviced about the car and lucid motors went above and beyond to completely make sure that my car was brand new and up to my standard. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I wish them the best of success. Brad was extremely communicative and easy to work with as well. Thank you Brad and team.
