Dawn and Chrystal explained everything to me in depth. I am very pleased with my new Ultra A128 DWT hearing aids for both ears. My hearing is at a severe level and these hearing aids were recommended as the best for my hearing loss. Not only am I extremely happy with my product, I seem to be adjusting quite well to them.
