They have had a change in staff. I had an appointment several months ago that they canceled. I understand staff bring unexpectedly ill, but I don't understand not ever being called back to reschedule. I've been in this location several times since and have seen them with customers. I got tired of waiting for my call back and went to the Winterville location instead. Got great service there!
