I have experienced a variety of massage and bodywork styles, but Cheryl has been the best fit! Her unique blend of Bowenwork, lymphatic drainage support, and other massage techniques help me relax and heal like no other approach has. I'm so thankful to have found such a trustworthy and caring practitioner.
Cheryl's expertise in Bowen and lymphatic massage is impressive! She has been able to relieve my back and neck pain and decrease significantly the chronic swelling in my legs. Cheryl is kind and gentle and really listens and is concerned for her patients. I was doing chiropractic treatment before but Cheryl's treatments have given me much more lasting relief. Cheryl is AMAZING! She has so much knowledge and expertise when it comes to the movement of the human body. Not only is she skilled in physical therapy, but her additional training in Bowen work makes her sessions that much more effective. She is also very compassionate and flexible, will work with you to get you scheduled. HIGHLY recommend her, well worth it!
Cheryl, is a very knowledgeable clinician, & works on a patients specific concerns. She has helped me with specific exercises for more mobility & less pain. She is a very kind & caring person who strives to help her clients feel their best.
Cheryl is professional, very knowledgeable, open to all what your goals are related to massage, pains, other issues, as well as relaxation if that's what you want. She will explain it as she goes along or let you be where you are if you want silence. I highly recommend. Very skilled in a variety of methods and a very cool and kind person.
