Food was delicious! Very intimate experience if you get a reservation for 5 pm. We had a little issue during the meal, but they went so above and beyond to make it right, that I was very pleased with the service and overall experience. Would definitely recommend.
I’ve been to Lucia twice now. Without considering the hype and the time / luck it takes to get a reservation, you’d think this was just another DFW Italian restaurant. Make no mistake, the staff is extremely professional and attentive. They make you feel welcomed and it’s a fun, spacious atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food for the price leaves a bit to be desired. Lived in Dallas my whole life, have had my share of Italian food all over the city. This is the place to go when you don't feel like lasagna or meatballs on a dinner, date night. Although, it is a reservation only, walk-ins are welcome at the bar. That is if the space is available, suggestion, go on a Tuesday. Staff is wonderful, service was impeccable.
