UPDATE. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Perhaps not fallen. Perhaps my expectations are becoming more realistic to my own needs. We ended up leaving when they refused to take a bread order to bring us bread while we considered the rest of the menu "because they must take the entire order at the same time." I'm blessed to have worked and managed at all levels of the dining service industry, from high service to themed to corporate. This is ridiculous behavior.
