Lucha Cantina was opened in 2007 by a Minnetonka, MN native named Chuck Holcomb. The idea behind Lucha was to make fresh, natural, fabulous Mexican food & drink that doesn't kill your wallet or your health. Lucha developed quite a following among locals and guests alike, servicing a simple menu of burritos, tacos, and all-juice margaritas. People like us because we use honest ingredients, pour REALLY honest drinks, and charge honest prices.

Great food!! Fun old west place. Not just Mexican food at all...... lots of great food to choose from. Friendly staff.
We like Georgetown and Lucha is a good fit for us. Yes, it gets crowded, it is a popular destination, and the service might be sketchy at times (ours has been good) but we had GREAT service by a young man yesterday during lunch, bar seating is also very good, the wings and the Angry Bison burger are very good (yum fries, too), the beer cold and plentiful, the atmosphere very Georgetown. Check out the history, the wall hangings, and the Cave downstairs for parties, it is so cool I just want to have drinks down there!
I had no idea what I was in for before I took my first bite of the delectable looking PB&J burger.. THIS is the BEST BURGER this side of the solar system. You HEARD me!!! -----A peanut butter and jelly bacon burger made with white cheddar, pickles, homemade peanut butter, a little homemade strawberry jam with crispy, yet tender tater tots, that had a little cheddar and onion in them. We had the chicken Natural Burrito a la Chimichanga style with the pork green chili smother. Have ordered extra green chili to take home back over the mountain pass! Highly recommend this place when you're in Georgetown - everything super fresh!!!!!
The food was wonderful. The waiter was so awesome and friendly. Will be making another trip back.
