Now looking back over the years I'm proud to say that my philosophy has not changed. Here at Lucero's Roofing we treat every job no matter how big or small the roof is with the same standards of quality. Lucero's Roofing completed a roof replacement on my home in Curtis Park several years ago. They had to remove several layers of roofing and address dry rot issues. They were professional, on schedule, on budget, and did not try to upsell. They are so great I have called on them once again to inspect, repair, and maintain the barrel tile roof at my new home in EDH. These guys are great! I highly recommend them.
I had a water leak during the worst of the storm last year. I had a roofer come out and quote me a ridiculous amount to fix. Eric came out and gave me quote at half the cost of the other guy. I didn't even show Eric the quote or tell him about it. He gave me 3 different fix options and the prices. He also gave me a life expectancy on my current roof.
