Lucent is filled with wonderful, highly trained therapists who truly care about every person who walks through their doors. After two weeks in a horribly run inpatient program, several patients recommended I try Lucent outpatient. After 6 weeks in the program, I'm consistently blown away with the quality of this curriculum and its staff. They genuinely care, they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they want you to succeed. They do everything they possibly can to make sure that you succeed. The people in the program are also great. Everyone supports one another and you never feel at odds with anyone else. Highly recommend.
This place is changing so many peoples lives to the good. It definitely changed mine. They are very open minded, fun but serious and responsible at the same time. Therapist really care about you, follow up and check on you. Leadership is great too. I made quite few friends there and am very thankful for everything they did. It’s not easy to please everyone at the same time but I think they truly do an amazing work!
Went through the evening IOP program at Lucent and had an incredible experience, can't thank the staff enough for all their guidance and support. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with their mental health in the Austin area.
