Filed my nails super thin and the nails chipped the next day. The service always feel rushed and never really relaxing
I drop in, it's close and convenient. I'd say half the time I have a good experience but the other half I don't. I request what I want, half the time they either don't understand or ignore me. This last time I asked for builder gel. I paid for a manicure, no cuticle trimming and she ground down everything, no soaking. My nails started breaking 3 days later. They also never honored my punch card. "Use next time" then the lady told me it was already crossed out. Never again.
I normally write positive reviews, but this is important to bring attention to. My elderly parent was charged an extra $5 on top of the regular pedicure price. Two months ago, I had treated him as well as myself and two other family members for pedicure services. His service was $30. Very disappointed he was taken advantage of when he went by himself.
Mila is the BEST of their nail techs - I recommend her to all my friends and family. She is excellent at nail shape and is so nice. I’m pretty easy to please, but there is one tech who I tend to avoid - sits at seat 7. The few times I’ve had her she got kind of aggressive with my hands after I asked for nail art or just to fix the shape of one. The owner is inconsistent with pricing. I will keep going back for Mila and Tina though.
i got a pedicure and the lady took my “ingrown” nail out without asking me and now it’s infected.
