Prior to Lucent, we didn't have any experience and have heard negative stories about the hospice service in general. But Lucent definitely changes our perception. Lucent Hospice has been a true blessing for my family during one of the most difficult times. The staff has shown an incredible level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for my grandmother. Josephine and the team are great, my mom and dad are very happy having them help out. Josephine is punctual and caring. She tries to converse with dad since it's hard for him to speak which helps with his vocals. Josephine is wonderful and I especially appreciate her detailed report of her visits. It gives me a peace of mind when I see her report. Needless to say we're very happy Josephine and the team were here to help our parents. We really appreciate the Lucent team!!
