My Charlee Loves it a Lucca Bella – I’ve been taking my dog to Lucca Bella Doggie Spa for some time now and I can safely say that judging by my dog’s reaction when I ask him if he wants to go to Lucca Bella that there is absolutely no mis-treatment at all. In fact, he’s so excited to go that it’s hard to get him to leave when I go to pick him up. Worst place to take an animal – I have been in this establishment twice and both times I could hear dogs screaming in pain in the back. I could also hear employees screaming at dogs to shut up and cussing at them. I will never bring my dog here again. The city should shut them down for animal cruelty!!!

Absolutely the BEST in Dallas! – Honestly, we consider our dogs to be family; I want them treated with the same love, devotion and respect as I would my own children.
