Can't get anybody on the phone or to return Voicemail calls. Been calling the downtown office for 2 weeks on and off. They got my rent payment and never applied it from 2 months ago. Just sitting there on a desk, I guess.
Very Slow and after a multiple years of working together they still don't notify us of anything.
Been on a waiting list for over a year. I attempt to log into my account today for a possible update, only to be welcomed with "Your account is no longer active on any waiting lists." Wow. Just randomly removed with zero notice at all. No phone calls. No letters in the mail. No email. Nothing. Just REMOVED. I'm not about to waste my time calling because, from the looks of the reviews, no one answers or returns calls. Whole year wasted hoping I could get just a little help to get on my feet. Useless.
