My experience with Dr. Routh was great. In addition to being professional, he kept this lite at the same time. He took the time to explain things well which left me feeling well informed.
Dr Routh is undoubtedly a highly skilled surgeon, but his staff (specifically Briana and Tammy) were rude, dismissive, and condescending when I reached out needing post-surgical care, prior to my one-month follow up. Surgery is stressful, and that combined with the pain of the procedure, anxiousness/anxiety of severe sleeplessness, and brain fog from opioid pain management, one would expect the staff and ancillary care providers to exhibit empathy and patience.
