Thanks to McNabb for the great service experience on a used Buick Enclave that we purchased here three years ago. Lori is always very professional and I had a small leak and the service technician took a video with his comments. Lori took the time to show me the video and to me that is super great service. When we purchase again it will be from McNabb.
Horrible!! Had an electrical issue and it was diagnosed battery cables and was charged almost $800. A week later same problem and had to get it towed back there. I had to escalate to receive a loaner. They held the truck for 3 weeks to come back and say it was INTERMITTENT and they weren't able to find anything. Upon returning the loaner they advised they were going to charge my card because the GAS was lower then when they gave it to me.
