Purchased used XT5 over a year ago. I've had to utilize warranty MANY times already. Not dealerships fault whatsoever. I've had some pretty ridiculous issues with one of their service writers who shall remain nameless, but concerns fully resolved by manager Brian Griz, who is phenomenal. Tal in sales and Brandon in service are A+++++ Thanks for keeping this SUV in shape, folks!
These guys here valued a king ranch as a lariat, then tried to BS me king ranch wasn't a trim. Well it is. Drove to BMW got 3 times the trade in. I tried to tell this cat I had paperwork showing this was one of 100 bodies done like this by Ford.as all smart guys respond, oh I worked there I know. Clearly he had no clue. BMW was even kind enough to do their job correct and checked my credit. 1.% pretty good if you ask me I was modest about everything even my credit to see how they react. Was in for LOF and Tire rotation. Was done in 50 min which included LOF, tire rotation, safety inspection with video from technician, and they vacuumed the inside of my car! Great service and very quick and prices were fair! Will be back for sure. Lori Brennan was my service rep!
